I affirm the Laws of God given divinely through the Holy Spirit, to mortal instruments and finite conduits. I have not come to refurbish or abolish the beneficial law that God has already laboured to establish. I am affirming the 10 Commandments given through Moses, and the Greatest Commandment given through Yeshua. I also affirm fairly established legislature and constitutions that secure the rights and freedoms that bless us. I need not build a new foundation of law, or pioneer a new constitution, but amend everything that falls short of the Glory of God, and hold firm to that which honours God. This scripture will highlight aspects of God ordained law, and under that law, our rights and responsibilities before God in this Advent Season of climax.
The law was not given to be the basis of condemnation and vilification, but the guidelines a regenerate heart would hold to in order to have success in life, and the statutes by which one cannot commit offence against God unknowingly without consequence, as if there was no law to begin with. God did not give us law in hopes we would fall short and be judged and punished, but so that we would be safe and joyous in God’s will and successful in the workings of Kingdom Prosperity, and that we would be champions and not infidels who fail in all they seek to accomplish and whose words and ideas return to them void!
God provided the 10 commandments through Moses, but in the Jewishness of the generations who fell away, those who were given the law through Moses forgot the important lessons the prophet cemented in stone. The Jews would go on to create an excess of religious laws, rules, and obligations. Instead of following 10 commandments, they followed, 613 Jewish laws (Mitzvahs) that limited God in their lives and their freedom to worship the true Lord. The legalism and superstition and a religious climate Jewish laws would create, would see Yeshua crucified under the law as a criminal. The 10 Commandments that evolved superstitiously into the laws that the Jews used to brand Yeshua a criminal and pass judgment on Him, were delivered by God through the Prophet Moses. These commandments were meant to offer the Jews a way out of their religious confusion and give them clarity in their understanding of God’s essence.
I give unto you a clearer understanding of these 10 commandments, that they be seen as anointed as the one through whom they were passed through. I have not come to abolish Moses’ revelation of God’s Law, but to affirm it, and affirm Yeshua was the ultimate bridge between the condemnation under the law, and the fulfillment of the law, so we can stand redeemed before God under the law.
I therefor affirm these 10 commandments as just and right, in the eyes of God, that all may follow them, and not stray into the iniquity of being a violator in God’s merciful gaze.
Short Summary of the 10 Commandments: 1Do not have any other god before God 2Do not make yourself an idol 3Do not take the Lord's name in vain 4Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy 5Honour your mother and father 6Do not murder 7Do not commit adultery 8Do not steal 9Do not testify or bear false witness against your neighbour 10Do not covet
Yeshua spoke humbly in regard to these laws, that He too would follow them as an obedient Jew. In Matthew 5:17 Jesus said “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.’. Yeshua is a prime example of building upon a foundational blessing already sown into the ground. Yeshua didn’t go against the law and order of mankind, in fact he advised us to “give Caesar what is Caesar’s.”
Yeshua spoke in Matthew 22:21 “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s.” and the Apostle Paul in Romans 13:1 “let every person be in subject to the governing authorities.”
These above scriptures acknowledge that governments and their laws are to be endured and obeyed, for the purposes of walking in propriety and civility. The only time one should directly ignore the reigning law of the State, is when it violates the known will or commandments of God. Propriety and civilness is what keeps a Prophet from becoming a Martyr, but acts of civil-disobedience under the law, under the right circumstance is what sets nations free, and martyrdom under the most brutal persecution is how God conquered Rome with Christianity. So there is cause for concern, that a spirit of discernment be found on the inside of us, as we listen to God for instruction, that when we stand we stand firm, we see knees and even empires bow beneath the Stampede of the Kingdom.
Though Yeshua claimed to not have abolished the 10 commandments, (or for that matter any Jewish law), He decreed to have summed them up and fulfilled them all in the more simple and practical Greatest Commandments. In Mark 12:30-31 Jesus spoke saying, "30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
This is the simplified nature of Yeshua, that he would wrap up 613 laws into a simple commandment to LOVE God with every fibre of your being, and LOVE your fellow human being as your equal! This was a focused laser that shot across 2000 years of history into the 21st century into Joshua’s heart. The fallen Crow Joshua, would embrace ancient and timeless love, and see Yeshua’s fulfillment of Moses’ monumental task, as the prime example of following God’s orders to the letter of the law.
Universal Charter of Human Rights
Our inherit human rights are Universal in God’s eyes and not only for a Jew or only for a Gentile, or for Canadians and not Peruvians. Sadly many in this world do not have their basic human rights fulfilled and in order for basic human rights to be established in privileged parts of the World, many people have suffered and died and had all their most basic rights violated in their struggle to establish the rights for their fellow man. The most vital of the rights we benefit from today, were established by Yeshua 2000 years ago. Yeshua died an innocent Saviour who never violated God’s laws, but was brutally executed and tortured to death, with none of His rights holding true! As a result of the iniquity of sin, the Son of God suffered and died, yet in spite of the cross, the Son of God provided the foundation upon which nations and empires and their constitutions formed. Yeshua is the cornerstone of modern civilization and our idea of fairness and equality is in Him and His timeless example!
The Universal Charter of Human Rights, was adopted by the UN General Assembly after the Second World War on December 10 1948. It was a direct consequence of the war and was a important proclamation that was birthed from the United Nations, which too was formed as a consequence of the conflict. World War Two saw some of the worst atrocities to have ever been committed, and the worst loss of life and destruction in the 20th century. The UN and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, were put in place that none of these evils will ever happen again, against the Will of God and the Life of Christ!
I too affirm that this declaration of rights in our world, is fair and just and inspired by God, in the wake of many terrible and lawless deeds committed in mankind’s sinful falling short of God’s Love! As an already established concord of rights, I will peacefully stand firm in the Universal Charter of Human Rights, with respect and admiration for this great statement of intent. The Universal Charter of Human Rights consists of 30 articles ranging from rights to privacy and rights to be free from slavery.
Bellow are highlighted examples of fundamental rights in the Universal Declaration of Rights that all should be granted as living beings created for a good cause and purpose.
We are all born free and equal. Everyone is entitled to these rights no matter your race, religion or nationality. Everyone has the right to life, freedom and safety. You have the right to belong to a religion and freedom of expression. You have a right to gather as a peaceful assembly. You have a right to adequate standard of living for you and your family. You have a right to an education. All adults have the right to marriage and to raise a family. We are all equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection under the law. No one has the right to hold you in slavery. No one has the right to wrongly imprison you or force you to leave your country. You have the right to a fair and public trial, and everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
You have the responsibility to respect the rights of others and no one can take away any of your rights!
These above rights are a wonderful blessing from God, and never would have come into existence without God’s divine providence, and the examples set forth in the bible by Jesus Christ!
No manmade law is perfect or immaculate, but this Universal Declaration of Human Rights, out of the ruins and ashes of World War tragedy, is a beacon of light and a flame of hope that humanity can still recover from the sins of the past and march into a bright future.
All deserve basic equal human rights, and nobody should be denied the safety and security of God’s embrace, especially the Children of God. Yeshua was put through hell, and had no rights in His stand against the sins of Satan. The way the Jews of the holocaust were treated, was a direct consequence of Yeshua’s crucifixion and the falsely justified antisemitic view that the Jews were to blame for the death of Jesus on a cross. This led to the long harboured European antisemitism escalating into the systematic murder of over 6 million Jews and millions of others deemed by the Nazis unfit to live. The Jews were blamed by many for Jesus execution, when in reality it was Satan who sinned, and Jesus in fact was too a Jew.
We should never had needed go through Two World Wars and a holocaust, in order to have seen the need for these rights to be universally declared. We should just need look at the way Jesus was treated and how the early church was butchered along side the Dove. Why would the whole world need to be thrown into a terrible decent into calamity on a global scale in order for humanity to come to a realization that all men are created equal, when it is inherit within us all that very understanding of truth?
Responsibilities in God’s Kingdom
God’s will is to spread His blessing to all whom He created, but God often uses mortal conduits to be His Prophets and Messengers. The Church represents the body of Christ, so it must be responsible for it’s actions and idle inaction. Those who strive to serve God, should serve others, as it is service unto God! Jesus set this example by washing His disciples feet (John 13) even though Jesus Christ was greater in God’s Kingdom. Yeshua also fed the poor, cured the sick, gave sight to blind men and even rescued an adulteress from being stoned to death, among other things. These things are obviously not possible for everyone, but to act like Yeshua and to emulate His example is our responsibility.
Therefor we should take it upon ourselves, to help others in areas we can. By shining the light of truth, love, and provision as God would. Our seeking of biblical knowledge and close intimacy with God, helps equip us to serve the people God wants to bless through us! So being a seeker of the true face of God and a pursuer of all things hoped for, will lead to promises fulfilled and missions accomplished. We are told to follow in Yeshua’s footsteps, and not blindly follow religious rituals that only convince one that they have already arrived at the finish, when they are still in the race.
Paul spoke saying in 1 Corinthians 9:24 “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.” It is our responsibility to run the race to WIN! not to just finish, but to acquire a prize, and we are responsible stewards of the time we have and all of our blessings and opportunities, so that we can glorify God with our lives and receive a just reward.
In Luke 10:30-37 Jesus speaks a parable that shows the true nature of His servant attitude compared to that of religious people. It shows how 2 religious persons, would see a need to help a man who fell among thieves, but they passed by on the other side and choose not to help. These persons’ religion falsely justified them even though they were idle in inaction. In the parable it was a 3rd non-Jew person, a good Samaritan, who was traditionally seen as unclean by the Jews, who stopped to help and take care of the Man who fell. This shows that God implores us all to be responsible to serve the needs of others, and shows that good works, which are rewarded by God, are not proven through religious observance but through the ACTS of the Body of Christ. No one should pass up the opportunity to help someone in need, and that’s the responsibility we have as we follow God in the Advent Season.
Luke 10:30-37 30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[a] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’ 36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbour to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” 37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
It was a Sumerian who showed the mercy of Christ and fulfilled the Kingdom Responsibility. Religion and piety does not fulfill your responsibility towards a Good and Gracious God, in fact it was the religious people in Jerusalem that warranted the death of Jesus. Therefor, do not put your trust in your religious beliefs, as tho you will not receive a Judgment based on your deeds. For even if you are a Christian, or special because of your Judaism, your religion is only worth it’s impact on the Universe you were born and raised in.
In Romans 2:6 it says God “will give to each person according to what he has done”. This scripture shows how God looks at works when judging creation, both righteous and unrighteous. We should be responsible to sow goodness into our actions, so that our impact is righteous and not part of the Devil’s plans upon Earth, but instead God’s plans for Advent Salvation! For God’s judgment is upon the righteous and the unrighteous souls of the Earth, and based on what each soul has done!
James 2:14 says “what good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such a faith save him?” and James 2:26 says “As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”.
This shows too, that deeds are the basis of how God weighs the value of one’s faith. The Christian tongue confesses, Jesus is Lord, but often the body of Christ sits lame in a church pew and doesn’t fulfill the mission tasked to it. So why then does one need to believe in religion, yet never fulfill the responsibility of helping rescue a world of sinners, through their actions.
Galatians 6:4-5 says “But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden.”
Why should I not take responsibility for the iniquity of sin in my life, and strive to repent of it and serve a loving and merciful Creator? Why should one slaughter a scapegoat in the name of their sin, on an alter before a righteous God, and never stop to repent of the transgression, or take responsibility for it? Tacking sin to the cross, only replaces a sense of accountability in the Day of Judgement.
Therefor, I exhort you to accept your role as care giver of those who need Love and beneficiary of the Love God has for you! Be a conduit of the grace of God, and experience and express God’s love with every part of you, so that you may be whole, healthy, courageous, sanctified and pure, and a beacon of God’s light, and a messenger of hope in dark places.
We are responsible in the Kingdom to be a part of the workings spirit and not servants of the flesh; proprietors of our free will in submission to God, and not workers of iniquity! We are missionaries and ministers spreading the Advent light and the Love of Christ throughout everything we were born and destined to accomplish. Be responsible for the fulfillment of your destiny and know that God always does His part in your life.
I have not drafted this epistle, that there be NEW laws added to old ones, but that we can see God’s fingerprints upon the laws described in the bible, and in the organizations like the UN, whom for the mainstay have the Bible’s influence on them too! The Biblical laws and regulations, were inspired by God to guide people into a better understanding of how to live that they may prosper, and avoid suffering. God doesn’t give a law that it be a rock upon which a soul can be smashed, but so that that soul would not end up at rock bottom, where it suffers! The love language of God may give 10 commandments, but it also provides loving mercy and forgiveness for trespasses against God’s law. The law and loving grace overcoming the law, are both the same expression of the Eternal Love of God!
The Epic Testament states that, "Both God and Satan together created a Covenant between them, they would be ultimately bound beyond their powers to uphold. This Covenant became more powerful then both God and Satan’s powers alone, and bound both God and Satan to a war for eternal majesty over the entire known Universe. Within the Covenant, God and Satan determined universal laws that would govern their War. These laws are called the Laws of Genesis. The Covenant would hold the Clashing Titans absolutely accountable to the aftermath of war and neither would escape the consequences of victory or defeat."
The Epic explains how even God is subjected to law. This Cosmos operates under scientific laws, that can only be bent or broken with miraculous intervention. God’s power comes to Earth through prophetic means, and Christly messengers, under the laws of genesis. It is important to understand that there is NO ABSOLUTE POWER, for power in this Universe is shared! The fact that you yourself have the power of a free will, would mean that you yourself are in possession of SOME POWER, therefor who can have ALL POWER, if you have power of your own? So if God is not all powerful, because He shares control over the threads of fate, who then can say He is not subject to following the Laws of the Universe?
Only through the Last Christ and final manifestation of God’s fulfillment of Advent Hope, will we see the supernatural power of God seize the serpent Belial and cast him into the abyss! When God finally shatters all resistance to His power, all time will be within His hands, from beginning to end, and on into forever and ever. He will exalt the saints, and lay low the warmongers, that all may be rightly and justly judged based on word and deed, under the righteousness of God’s law!
