Towards tomorrow, I look and lean,
With love for my Maker, Elohim; Both me and Yahweh, share a dream, That all would be dignified, and be washed clean; The many things seen, in my passing years, Has me yearn for grace, and shedding tears; It’s a scary struggle, that provokes our worst fears, And I pray the gentle comfort, of the Holy Spirit nears; With compassion for humanity, and care for the sheep, One small step for man, and for mankind a giant leap; Blessings from Elohim, and spectacular feats, Of beautiful love, and a Saviour who keeps; Expressing Agape, Love for the flock, Gives our witness, a reason to talk; A lesson in loving, on the chalkboard chalked, And demonstrating care, and in kindness we’re taught. Tolerance, compassion, and truthfulness bless, And mercy, and caring, and a resounding YES; Towards having empathy, with the heart in our chests, And praying for forgiveness, on the other side of death.
